Letzone was launched in 2002, by managing director Michelle Gamm , who has worked in the local area, as a successful letting agent for over ten years.  Michelle has a wealth of experience in the lettings field, and customers of Letzone benefit from this, and her on hands involvement with the day to day running of the company.

Letzone Property became an internet based company in 2006, after recognising the huge importance of the internet.  After a lengthy in house survey was conducted, it was proven that very few customers actually visit letting agents offices, therefore a high street office is no longer paramount.  All of our tenants are professional clients looking for property, whom in turn work long hours, and simply surf the net in their search for a property.  Our full time focus is therefore on the internet.  Letzone Property are listed on approximately twenty specialist property websites, so our coverage is first class.  We are also daily researching and subscribing to new sites.  So when the competitors offices are closed, we are still offering full coverage of your property.

Letzone Property are appointed representatives for Letsure, offering specialist insurance policies including rent guarantee, legal protection and household insurances.  All of our tenants are fully referenced to the highest of standards, including a full credit search carried out by Letsure, full employment reference and if applicable a landlord reference.

Letzone Property are members of the National Association of Estate Agents, Ombudsmen for Estate Agents, and also the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.  With such super accreditation to several organisations who ensure we act professionally and within the law at all times, our service is hard to beat.
